BIRTHDAY PARTY BOOKING POLICY

With this booking, you will have exclusive use of Tots and Teapots for 2 hours, with a maximum capacity of 40 people.

Our staff will be on hand to ensure your event runs smoothly, and our counter will be open to serve drinks and snacks. Please note that our kitchen will be closed during this time.

Outside drinks are not permitted on the premises; only drinks provided or purchased from us may be consumed.

For birthday parties, you are welcome to bring a birthday cake and decorations. However, please do not stick anything to the walls, and note that face paint is not allowed during the party.

You will have access to all play equipment during your event, as well as our sound system if you wish to play your own music. We can also accommodate music requests during your party.

During your event, you are responsible for the children attending and the proper use of the play equipment. We ask that you take any items you brought in with you when you leave, including decorations and cake. If anything is broken or damaged during your party, you may be liable for the cost of repair or replacement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made up to 2 weeks before the event will result in the loss of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event will be subject to the full cost of the event, with no refund available.

Final Payment

Once you have secured your party date, you will receive a link to complete the 'Final Party Details Form.' This form must be submitted 10 days before your event, where you will confirm final attendance numbers and sandwich box options (if applicable).

Once we receive the form, we will calculate and provide you with your final balance, which must be paid no later than 7 days before your event. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time will result in the cancellation of your booking.

Option 1 (Without Sandwich Boxes): £230 + £5 per additional child
Option 2 (With Sandwich Boxes): £260 + £10 per additional child
