RULES OF PLAY
Our play areas are designed to ensure that everyone has a safe and fun time. By entering Tots & Teapots you agree to abide by the following rules of play:

KEEP AN EYE OUT
Each child must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. Parents or guardians must remain on the premises and within eyesight of the children in their care and accept full responsibility for them at all times. Know where your child is and make sure the child knows where you are at all times. If you accidentally lose sight of your child, ask one of the Team and we will help to find them quickly. No adults are permitted to enter the play area unless accompanying a child.
EQUIPMENT
Please observe the child(ren) to ensure that they are capable of using the equipment safely. Please explain these rules of play and monitor their behaviour.
SAFE PLAY
Some tips for playing safe:
-
Objects should not be thrown at each other.
-
Please do not play in front of slide exits.
-
Do not climb up the slides.
-
Do not take sharp objects into the play areas.
-
Do not climb on the netted walls or the system structure.
-
No food or drink is to be taken into the equipment area and it is a gum free zone.
-
Shoes and footwear are not permitted in the play areas (including adults).

REPORTING INCIDENTS
We encourage children to play, run free and explore in a safe and stimulating environment. As such, there are inherent risks that are always associated with children playing and having fun together. These include children being exposed to moderate physical activity, tripping, falling and bumping into fixed objects and other children. Inform us immediately if your child has any sort of accident, however minor, so a trained first aider can take a look.
DRESS CODE
We want everyone to have a fun time, so they should be dressed ready to play. We recommend long sleeves and trousers, no watches or jewellery, and that you take extra care if you wear glasses or hearing aids.
Please remove your shoes before entering the play area (adults and children). Everyone must wear socks or tights.
FOOD AND DRINK
Only food and drinks purchased at Tots & Teapots may be consumed on the premises. The eating areas are kept away from the play equipment to avoid slips, trips, choking and mess. Please keep food and drinks in the designated areas. If you are enjoying a hot drink store your beverage safely at high level and be mindful of little people!
PERSONAL ITEMS
We cannot accept liability for loss or theft of any personal items including lost phones.

BE MINDFUL OF OTHERS
Please be mindful of how you and your children interact with those around you/them. Disrespectful and abusive behaviour towards others could result in being asked to leave. We want everyone to respect each other’s diversity and uniqueness.

STAY SAFE
All our play equipment is designed to be fun and safe. We cannot be held responsible for accidents that may occur as a result of playing on our equipment. Please make sure that children do not become overheated and do not climb up the slide or netting.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Feel free to take photographs of your own children, but for your personal use only. Please ensure to ask permission of other parents if other children are in view.
FEELING UNWELL
Children who are unwell, or who have been unwell, should not visit for at least 48 hours. Children who become unwell whilst at the venue should leave the venue immediately.
NAPPY CHANGING
Nappy changing and the use of potties etc. should be conducted in the baby changing facilities. Place nappies in the correct bins provided.
BUGGIES
Please leave all prams and buggies in the allocated area. Exceptions may be made for sleeping babies/children. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage to property left in the pram/buggy area.

All tickets are non-refundable, but you can reschedule your booking. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice before your session. Each play session is 90 minutes long.

No smoking is permitted on the site premises including E-cigarettes/vapes.
