- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email once payment has been processed.
- Booking Amendments: Any changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
3. Payments
- Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- You can reschedule/cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your session. To do this please email us on hello@totsandteapots.co.uk.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking are non refundable/transferable.
