How does the recipient receive the gift voucher?

The recipient will receive their gift card via email. When purchasing the gift card, you can select the date the recipient receives it, and you can also add a personalised message for that extra special touch.

How long do recipients have to redeem the gift voucher?

Accepted Answer

The gift card must be redeemed within 12 months of the purchase date. Be sure to use it within that time to make the most of your gift!

What can the gift card be redeemed against?

Accepted Answer

The gift card can be redeemed against the purchase of Stay & Play sessions only. It cannot be used for food or drink purchases at the play café.

How do recipients redeem their gift card?

Accepted Answer

To redeem a gift card, the recipient simply selects their Stay & Play session and, at checkout, clicks "Redeem a gift card." They can then enter the unique gift card code provided in their emailed voucher.

What happens if the order total is more than the remaining gift card value?

Accepted Answer

If the total cost of the Stay & Play session exceeds the gift card value, the recipient can pay the remaining balance using any of our other payment methods.

Question 6

Can gift card recipients check their balance?

Accepted Answer

Currently, it is not possible for recipients to check their gift card balance. However, when you redeem your code at checkout, you will be able to see how much has been deducted from the total.
